Introduction
According to the application requirements of industrial pipeline insulation projects, after multiple installation tests, verifications and improvements, WinSheng launched the WIN500 and WIN1200 high-temperature breathable reflective films, which not only effectively prevent radiation heat transfer, but also avoid flash fire and structural collapse caused by heat accumulation inside the insulation layer due to rapid heating of the pipeline network.
Application
WIN500 high temperature breathable reflective film can be used on the outermost layer of the insulation pipe, and WIN1200 can be used on the outer side of the innermost layer and the middle layer. Generally, one layer of reflective film is used for every two insulation layers. This can not only increase the overall insulation effect, but also play a good long-term fixing role, thereby increasing the structural stability and uniformity.
