Introduction
The plate-like structure is made of nitrile rubber as the main raw material through foaming, and has a completely closed-cell flexible rubber-plastic insulation material.
The British fire rating Class 0 is a fire protection standard specifically stipulated and described in the documents approved by the British Building Regulations. Class 0 assessment must meet the following conditions:
First, the BS476-7 flame surface extension rating is carried out: the test must reach Class 1 (the flame extension range must not exceed 165mm).
For the plate-like structure, the BS476-6 flame spread index test is carried out again: the total flame spread index is required to be I≤12 and the single sub-index i1 ≤6.

It is widely used in the heat and cold insulation of various pipes and equipment in the high-end market of HVAC systems, fully ensuring the energy-saving effect of reducing cold and heat losses.
